Teacher as a victim

5th of September is always being celebrated by all of us with a great zeal and enthusiasm.  But sometimes, it looks as if the new generation is turning to be quite smarter as they know that they can get good scores through giving incentives to their teachers,  They are having an excuse to get relaxation in all aspect and they are more intelligent than their teachers because they are having an updated software with extra features and characteristics.  And the result is that a teacher could become the victim of their politics.

Though my views can be seen queer  and weird to you but if you observe the things with a keen eye then you can definitely get something valuable in my article.

Children of the present era are nourished with technology and trickiness.  They can observe the complexity of the society and therefore can also comprehend which teacher is having enviousness towards the other one, what are their weaknesses, what kind of attitude they have towards their classroom and students, how can they take the benefit of some teachers to go against a particular teacher whom they don't like.  It seems as if students have done a masters on their teachers and they are changing the circumstances as per their own perspective and approach.

Therefore, it is said that teaching is not everybody's cup of tea as the young brains are sharper, quicker and keener than the old one.

If we talk about politics then even students cannot be surpassed by teachers because students have unity amongst each others whereas, teachers don't have.  If I say that teacher is himself or herself the enemy of a teacher then perhaps it will not be an exaggeration.  For more vivid comprehension and understanding I would like to quote one of my experience as a teacher which can easily depicts the right picture in front of you.

I would like to tell you a story for narrating the things in a better way.

Once there was a teacher who liked to be the best teacher in his life and from his childhood he always set a goal to be as great as his teachers and parents were.  He struggled a lot and also faced a lot of difficulty from the beginning of his career but he never ever lost his hope as he was very greatly motivated by his father and teachers.  In the starting of his career he was being exploited a lot.  And due to his low schooling he often worked hard day and night so that he can work well as per the need of present challenges in teaching.  Finally his efforts blazed his career and he cracked the central teaching aptitude test.  He became a teacher in a good school but then he faced a serious psychological problem.  Doctor said it happened because of lack of rest and too much stress.  Due to it he can't continue on that school.  Then he met one of his friend during convocation.  He advised him to join the school in which he was teaching.  He agreed with him and gave an interview and was selected.  One day he was teaching his students during his extra lectures.  He was teaching his students and suddenly he felt little bit uncomfortable from the demeanour of one of his student who keep on disturbing him.  It wasn't the first time when he did that and he wasn't the first teacher who was being irritated.  He kept on requesting him to kindly change his seat but he didn't do and started using abusive language.  When he said him to change his seat then he again refused to do so.  In a bit of anger he touched him with an arm and tried to pull him.  The teacher can see the anger and arrogance in his eyes which clearly be seen.  Then both of them have a huge blow and afterwards, the student left the class and shouted that he will expelled the teacher from the school.  Then the teacher was being called out by the Principal.  The teacher narrated the whole incident but for getting the comprehensive and clear picture Principal of the school called the students of that class also so that she can take a judicious decision but the whole situation turned to be the worst when all the students including girls proved that teacher as wrong and the notorious student as righteous.  Even he wan't being supported by any of the teachers.

The above story can easily exhibited that the present scenario is completely circumscribing the teacher and liberalising the students at the extreme level.  May be my story can't be much appropriate and not be constructed in a better way but I hope I am able to exhibit what I want to be.......

Prudence

28th August 2017
Prudence

A religion which make you blind and bias can't be called as a true religion because a true religion first give you the eyes of prudence which is just a first step to the spirituality and make you *the master of thy mind* whereas the pseudo religion make *thee slave of thy senses.*

A True Achiever

*A True Achiever*
(By Sudhir*)

Though we all read about the stories of Ramayana and Mahabharata but very few of us can really engross and grasp the real message behind it because there are very few amongst us who want to ignite their mind with the blaze of Almighty's blessings.

How???

Let's starts from the instances of Mahabharata and Ramayana respectively.

1. Out of five pandavas it was only Arjun who can comprehend that Krishna is having something special whereas the rest were just considering him as a gvala of Gokul.  They could not see the transcendental and infinite wisdom of Krishna.  Same was with the Korvas and Dhritrastra because they observed things through their single perspective and thought as if only that was truth due to being too much dogmatic.
But if we talk about Arjun then we will find that he grasp things from many perspectives which helped him to seek the ultimate knowledge of this mortal world. That's why Krishna also poured the nectar of divine knowledge in his mind with compassion and care.

2. While having fight with Ravana Ram never felt any kind of grief as he always remembered the teaching of His guru Maharishi Vashishta who always emphasised that this world is just like a big play in which we all are participating.

And that was the reason Ram always having *The Sakshi Bhava throughout the battle.*

Uses of Articles

*Use of Definite and Indefinite Article before consonants and vowels*
(By - Sudhir Singh)

Definite Articles are those which emphasise things, places and persons already known to us whereas in an Indefinite Articles we aren't much aware about things, places and persons.

That's why in definite articles we prefer */tha/*  and */thee/* pronunciation  for *consonants* and *vowels* sounds  respectively as *the* is used for things, places, persons already known to us or something which is very much famous.

Similarly when we talk about an Indefinite Articles then we are using *a* and *an* for *consonants* and *vowels* respectively as we don't have ample of previous information regarding things, places and persons.

Kurukshetra

*Kurukshetra*
(Sudhir Singh)

During the war of *Kurukshetra* Arjun asked from Shree Krishna why he had chosen this place for this malicious battle where the humanity is singing a malevolent song and what message He want to give to the prospective mankind.

Krishna replied, *"Because in this place brother is the enemy of his brother, husbands can't defend their wives and lose them in gambling, and father is failed to see the shortcoming of his son.  Therefore, he decided this place(Kurukshetra) for the bettle of Mahabharata so that a valuable lesson can be taught to the residents of kurukshetra."*

Arjuna replied, *"Only you know to kill two birds with one stone."*

Traffic in Ludhiana

Ludhiana is a city which is famous for its pathetic roads, rule breakers and rude tyrant drivers who think as if the road is their father's property and they are the only one who has all kind of rights to break the rules because they possess its copyright.

The level of copyright actually depends upon a sort of vehicle you have.

For instance, if you have cycle then you are the *oppressor* in the road, if you have heavy loaded vehicle then you are an *emperor,* if you are having a big car then you are *king*, if you have lightweight cars then you are an *Earl,* if you possess bullet bike then you are a *knight* therefore,  these sort of people are having all of the rights for creating a melodious sound of their bikes.

Usually, these sort of knights prefer *not to wear a helmet  because they are having a skull of steel and they also avoid leg guards as their legs are made of iron.*

Thus they are just like a superhero who can not only put their lives in danger rather others also.

Then comes simple bike riders.  Don't underestimate them as they are also the worriers of roads! They are having *duel excellency of ridding as well as talking in a mobile phone or listening to songs through using headphones. They prefer to break road safety rules and ready to fight with anyone whosoever comes to their ways.  They can ride their bikes in the right side which is not right according to Indian road safety rules.*

They avoid to *give their indicator signal as they strongly believe in others' common sense.*

*Same is quite relevant for girls because  after all girls are also having equal rights.*

Thus it is quite transparent from the above points that we are having *a marvellous calibre for breaking road safety rules and also having a strong belief about the immortality of the self.*

Shivashakti - The Nondescript

Hindu mythology is having a lot of secrets in its lap.  Though it looks quite vogue when we just look at it without any vivid comprehension but if we try to comprehend it with a lucid approach of thinking then perhaps it would be easy to synthesise the hidden truth behind it.  Lets talk about the concept of Shiva and Shakti which is the base of hindu philosophy.  Shiva deals with the most subtle power of the cosmos whom we can call the base of the whole universe because without it there is no one who can witness, experience and feel.  On the other hand the another great power is Shakti which provide the platform to this big world drama.

  • We can understand it in this way:

For instance the hardware of a computer is useless without its software and software is of no use without having any hardware. We can anticipate it through the following amplifications i.e.The whole universe is created by the consciousness of the cosmic creator who is having two attributes of Sakshi and Shakti i.e. the awareness and strength which is the base of the whole cosmos.  It is formless and without body but still works in everyone's body.  It is the insurmountable, unchangeable, untouchable, and immortal.  In Hindu scripture these great powers of cosmos are personified as Shiva and Shakti and as per the scriptures Shiva means the pure consciousness where on the other side Shakti means the absolute strength of the cosmos.  Though they worship as two form in two different pictures and symbols but in actuality they are one formless who can be called as the nondescript.

Thus Shiva and Shakti are the two different part of one infinite Almighty who can never be comprehended without having a hidden curiosity of Self Realisation.

A true Synthesis

Whenever we talk about the power of thinking then the first thing which seems to be the most important for us is our judicious approach toward life.  Most of the people always emphasizing that optimism is the only right approach of thinking whereas, on the other hand, some people contradict it with the pessimist school of thought.  Being a human it is our tendency to keep on analyzing the different episodes of life in different perspectives.  And as per the analytical approach of a person each and, every one of us keeps on adopting a particular ideology in life which we think can elevate us toward the zenith of a victory.

But there are very few who can truly synthesis and analyze the meaning of triumph though all of us want it!  Success is just like God for all of us because it gives us recognition, fame, importance and inner satisfaction.  If we say that we love victory more than God then perhaps it would not be an exaggeration as we always pray from God for getting name, fame, glory, and universal recognition.  Rather now God is just like an object which can fulfil our dreams, ambitions and desires.

For instance, if a child wants to get good marks then he or she will ask from God and expect from Him to fulfil his desires either he or she has done ample of diligent and industrious efforts or not!  And if his prayer is not being fulfilled then he or she will definitely be started hating God or blaming Him for his or her failure.

Now let’s see who are the optimists and pessimist?

An optimist is one who always seeks the grace of God in every kind of circumstance either it is favourable or unfavourable where on the other hand a pessimist is one who always keeps on developing the thoughts of negative approach which takes him or her in the depth of darkness where he or she can never see even a single hope of light.  An optimist keeps on developing the faith of God in spite of knowing the fact that God can only help those who are rational and enlightened.  He or she thinks that everything will be right one day and keeps on escaping from the reality just like a pigeon and always develops a faith but if he will not see the evil or darkness then he will definitely be enslaved or screwed by the cunning and treacherous weapon of time and mortality.

Therefore, it can be synthesized easily that if thee can see the depth of thy mind with thou rationality and the power of dexterity then ye can find that a single wave of thought is going to be decided thy action in this materialistic world of mortality.  So in spite of being pessimist or optimist, we should rather be passimoptimist just like The great Buddha.  Because if ye are too much optimist and started neglecting the dark side of this mortal life then ye will become a prey like a Dove who closes his eyes whenever he found any trouble.  And if thou start seeking only the dark side of this world like an owl then ye can't enjoy the warmth of light. So it is better to adopt the judicious middle path like an eagle.

Compassion and Love

A compassion can only come through empathy and a person of empathetic attitude can only develop a lucid approach towards her or his life.  Perhaps that's why Christ says, "God is Love."  Because only in love all these things are juxtaposed in an amplified manner.  Though most of talk about love but very few of us can comprehend it in a true way and those who comprehend it can acquire the cession of compassion.

Cosmic Self

18th February 2017
Mystery

Though the sky seems different in different places but still it is only one in the whole cosmos.  Same is with Soul. Though we see different people with different personality traits but still we all are one not many. But out of illusion and ignorance, we perceive wrong self and therefore perceive different things and people which later becomes the cause of duality.

Anger Good or Bad

People treat anger in different ways as per their own perspective but my intimation and intellect is saying that anger is just like a fuel which can elevate you toward the highest objective of your life. It also depicts thy inner ability to be having warmth in thy deep down and exhibited thy true nature. For instance imagine if you are walking on the railway track and the train is running in its full speed, but suddenly your mother sees that. What would be her reaction?  Is it possible that she will keep remaining calm and quiet in spite of knowing the fact that you are playing with fire? Rather it would be almost impossible for your mother to be at the calm state of mind. Out of love she will turn to be quite aggressive and in a fit of anger she will jump on a track, put you out and give you a huge slap.
Now tell me anger is good or bad!
Now lets take one more example.  Suppose someone is ready to hurt you and you have now observed his intentions. Would you be keep remain calm and quiet and allow him to kill you? Perhaps not rather out of anger you will attack him with full of your force.  Now lets take one example from Mahabharata.  When Sheshupal was abusing Sri Krishna unnecessarily, but due to the generosity of Krishna He never reacted because Shishupal was younger to him.  Therefore, he said that He would pardon him for his hundred mistakes but when he exceeded his limit then he must be ready for the consequences.  Just like His promise He gave him hundred of chances to correct his behaviour, but when it was depicted that he wasn't learning from his previous mistakes and blunders and keep on insulting Krishna then Krishna beheaded him with his sudharshana as a last option. Though Krishna didn't want to kill but out of the fit of anger he killed Shishupal.  Now my question is:
-Why did Krishna do so?
Perhaps the answer would be that he knew if he would not kill him then his dignity might be polluted in front of others which Krishna don't want to be. But it should not be taken wrongly by the reader that killing is good and whosoever tend to insult us; we must kill that person because perhaps then there will be a complete chaos everywhere.  Rather we must be ready for the self defense not only physically but mentally also. Thus your Anger defines you and who you are because your anger exhibited your true personality.

Perspective of Truth

6th February
Life skill

Sleep is the best medicine, smile is the best reaction, solitude is the best observer, sympathy is the best feeling, sincerity is the best friend and spirituality is the best journey of thy mind.  So in spite of feeling stressed we need to surpass it through the judicious approach of our reasoning power as our best friend lives in our mind who is the most subtle, most delicate, most compassionate, and most diligent i.e. the One Unsurmountable Almighty of the whole cosmos.
